Primed with a highly pigmented acrylic gesso, the acid-free, archival canvas responds beautifully to every brushstroke. Balanced absorbency and tooth provide improved adhesion and uncompromised color vitality. Pre-primed, the cotton canvas weighs 10.6 oz. Its primed weight is 16.9 oz.
The professionally constructed frames are crafted from heavy-duty, kiln-dried solid pine stretcher bars and rigorously tested for warp-resistance.
