REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All refunds, returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, be in their original condition and include all original parts and accessories.

Fisher Hawaii reserves the right to deny any refund, return or exchange and may require a valid Government ID as a condition of the refund or exchange. For cases where the item is not in it’s original condition or one or more of the original parts and accessories are missing, a fair refund price based on it’s saleable condition may be given at the Manager’s discretion.

All refunds, returns and exchanges are subject to the store manager’s approval and may be limited to his/her discretion.

Items marked as Clearance, As Is, or All Sales Final are not refundable.

No refund will be issued for the following items: greeting cards, books, magazines, newspapers, gift cards, samples or free/promotional items.

Perishable items such as food and beverages cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, see a Store Manager for a refund or replacement.

Special and customized orders are not refundable. These orders will also require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

A full refund or exchange will be given when accompanied by the original receipt and meet the requirements listed above:
• OFFICE SUPPLIES: Within 30 days of date of purchase.
• OFFICE FURNITURE: Within 14 days of date of purchase.
• TECHNOLOGY (OFFICE MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES): Within 14 days of date of purchase.
• INK AND TONER CARTRIDGES: Within 14 days of date of purchase.
• SEASONAL/CALENDARS AND PLANNERS: Within 30 days of date of purchase.

Refunds will be issued as follows:
• Purchase paid in cash (less than $50.00) refund will be in cash.
• Purchase paid in cash (greater than $50.00) refund will be a company check.
• Purchase paid by check (less than 10 days) refund will be a gift card
• Purchase paid by check (over 10 days) refund will be a company check
• Purchase paid with gift card refund will be a gift card
• Purchase paid by credit/debit card refund will be to same card
