LOCAL DELIVERY

For orders over $100, we offer free delivery on Oahu only to most Honolulu areas. Delivery is within 2 business days. Delivery is to the door and someone needs to be present to sign for the order. Please request in the comments box when placing your order if you would like Saturday delivery and/or outside the Honolulu areas – we will try to accomodate your request.

If your order is less than $100, pick up will be at the Mapunapuna store. For online orders after-store-hours, your order will be processed 1 hour after the store opens and will be notified when order is ready for pick up.

We offer free delivery for business account customers on qualifying orders in excess of $60 (excludes assembled furniture) within the island of Oahu.

Deliveries/shipments to the outer islands or outside of Hawaii will need to be processed on special request and shipping costs will need to be calculated based on final weight and size of the order. Shipping charges will have to be paid for prior to shipments being shipped. Please contact us with any questions.

When will my order arrive?
Many items are available for 2 business-day delivery within the Honolulu area. We will notify you of your estimated delivery date when you place your order via email. Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed online or via phone by 1:00 p.m. local time, in most locations, when credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 1:00 p.m. Deliveries are made between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Delivery times are subject to holiday delivery schedules, inclement weather, and acts of nature. Some items may not be available for next business-day delivery. When applicable, we will contact you to inform you of the extended delivery time frames.
